Rosie studied painting and art history at Temple Rome for the academic year 2011-2012, and after graduating from Tyler School of Art, she was determined to return to the magical city of Rome. Of course, graduated life was not as accommodating to international travel as she had hoped, so she worked diligently in a variety of upscale restaurants and on her freelance design career (clients include Whole Foods Market, Birrificio del Ducato, Luke’s Lobster, and a variety of Philly local restaurants). She never lost sight of her plan to go back to Europe, and her dream came true with the Student Life Assistant program at Temple Rome. There, she has the opportunity to live in Rome and work with the school’s great staff and students. In her free time, she enjoys studying beer history and women’s history (especially their intersections), and drawing. She is currently looking into international graduate school programs, so that once her year at Temple Rome is over, she can stay in Europe.
