
Prof. Teresa Triglia is currently an adjunct professor of Business at Temple University, Rome campus. She is also an adjunct professor of Business Administration at John Cabot University, as well as at the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) by Butler University. Since 2016, she has been collaborating with John Cabot University for the advanced training Masters in the areas of International Human Resources, International Negotiations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Ethics and International Business English.
Prof. Triglia worked for the international magic circle law firm, Linklaters, from 2000 until 2015 as head of the International Capital Markets department in Italy. She has a background in finance and extensive corporate, securities/regulatory multi-jurisdictional transactional experience across a variety of industries gained in running some of the largest and complex security offerings/corporate transactions in Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Poland, Dubai and the USA.
