I’m not exactly sure, but definitely in the city (preferably someplace warm).
I skipped finals my senior year of high school to audition for The Voice… You can probably guess how that turned out – lol.
I considered picking up a minor in International Business, so when I found out that I could intern at Temple Rome it seemed like the perfect opportunity to figure out if it interests me. Plus I’ve always wanted to go to Europe!
I really like Trastevere! There are so many shops and restaurants; it really has that classic cute Italian town vibe.
Probably hiking 8 miles through the mountains in Cinque Terre. It was exhausting, but the views were definitely worth it!
I love that Temple University Rome offers internships as a course option. It’s a unique, hands on experience that will give me something to talk about in interviews and add to my resume.
I feel like I’ve kind of mastered getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Going to a new country and not knowing anyone is a complete lifestyle change that has made me more confident, independent, and self-aware. I think that will definitely be helpful when I’m transitioning from college into starting a career.
If you’re on the fence about it, do it!!! I was really unsure for a while, but it was one of the best experiences of my life!
