Shannon Billongton, TUR Spring 2020, volunteered at the Food & Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) headquarters during her time in Rome. A year later, Shannon has fostered this connection and was selected to design the visuals for the FAO Visual Manual on good beekeeping practices for small-scale beekeepers in Africa.
