Barbara Martini is Professor in Political Economy at Temple University Rome since 2018. At the University of Rome Tor Vergata she teaches Statistical Models for Economics and Applied Economics. Previously, she taught for 16 years Applied Economics for Biotechnology (undergraduate and post-graduate).

Her main research fields are regional economics, spatial econometrics and social-ecological resilience.

She is the author of several publications in international referred journals and is involved in several European projects.
