Temple University Rome offers opportunities for high-school students to experience American university learning styles and culture before commiting to a college. Pre-college programs vary in structure, length, and content, but each provide a unique, hands-on experience in the city of Rome.
Temple tuition grant ($1,000 per year for four years) is contingent on earning a B or better in the pre-college program “Temple Summer Academy” (Temple University, Philadelphia), or attending one of Temple University Rome's Pre-College Workshops or Temple University Rome's Pre-College Summer Program and then enrolling at Temple University Rome as a first-time, full-time freshman, and maintaining a 3.0 GPA and continuous full-time enrollment status.
