At Citrin Cooperman Mr. Hoffman is a tax and consulting partner, and is the national practice leader of the Professional Services Industry. With over 30 years of experience in the areas of audit, tax, and litigation support, he serves clients in a wide range of industries, including closely held entities in staffing, health care, franchising, and law firms.

As a tax specialist and CFE, Mr. Hoffman counsels clients with a range of strategies with a particular focus in the area of domestic income taxation, as well as international taxation.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Mr. Hoffman also provides litigation support and forensic expertise to law firms.

Since 2020 Mr. Hoffman has served as a member of the board and executive committee for AJC PHILADELPHIA. He has also served on the boards of many non-profit organizations in the Philadelphia area.
