Civil Engineer (MSc Civil Engineering) who graduated in October 2018 from Sapienza University of Rome, Mr. Daniele Zahedin Labaf attended the PhD Program in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering.

The main research interests of Mr. Daniele Zahedin Labaf can be set in the field of Structural Mechanics and Linear and Nonlinear Dynamics of Structures and mainly concern vibration control strategies, with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of integrated control systems, obtained by simultaneously involving different systems for the mitigation of the structural response, such as base isolation and non-conventional Tuned Mass Dampers, providing pounding (TMD with impact or PTMD) or endowing a two-terminal device borrowed from mechanical engineering named inerter (TMDI).
