She is an advocate in the Supreme Court and an Accounting Experts of Tax Law and Criminal Tax Law, gained a considerable experience as a legal tax and  business consultant for companies , in the field of Tax Law, Criminal Tax Law and Data protection Law .

She graduated again on 16 October, 2019,  in International Relations specializing in “International Trade”. The title of her thesis is “Digital Citizenship, the Estonia case”.

She teaches at University of Palermo, Faculty of Management Engineering, on the subject of “Blockchain law and smart contract in economic system” and “ cyber security awareness”.

She is Contract Professor of “Blockchain Law” at LUMSA University, Institute of International Law, in Palermo.

She is Adjunct Professor of Law at Parul Institute of Law, Parul University, since June 2021, with the permanent subject of “ Blockchain Law” and Digital Governament “

She is an Adjunct Professor in the Master Course Tax Law at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, for the subject of “Criminal Tax Law”, delivered by the Department of Business Economics, since 2016.

She is a Contract Professor in the Master course in “Business and management” at the ESERP, School of business of University in Madrid, for the subject of “International Tax Law a Ethical manager’s responsibilities” and “e-commerce Law and business model”, delivered by the Department of Business Economics.

She teaches at University of Palermo, Faculty of Law, School of Law of Trapani, on the subject of “Business Model and Negotiation Theory “.

She is lecturer to the chair of Tax Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Palermo, DEMS department, and teaching assistant in the courses of  “Corporate tax law and Customer regime” and “Strategy and risk tax law” .

She is legal consultant of Corporate Criminal Tax Law Department of Roland Italy, a Deutsche company, situated in Milan and chief of its legal Quality control department, since 2018.

She is a lecturer and a conventioneer for the University Statale in Milan, Criminal Department, for the course of “High Specialization for lawyers in Criminal Law G. Marinucci".

She is a specialist in Blockchain law and Smart contract and Cyber Security Awareness and Digitalization for Enterprises and  Government Institution.

Passionate in AI she is a teacher for many Institutes for professional digital education for  introduction to machine learning , AI  application,  social media resources, data protection system , supporting Institutions in their digital transformations, focusing on digital education and security measures.

She was invited as Guest- expert for a talk-session-discussion and webinar of Christ University School of Law and Parul University (India), and at New Horizon College of Engineering (India).

She is European Vicepresident of the Commission on “New Technologies and data protection” of European Union of Lawyers.

She edited many articles and a first book on “Introduction of Blockchain and smart contract “(July 2022)and a second book on “ Cybersecurity Awareness”( November 2022).
