Since 2012, Martina has been supporting companies in developing sustainability and diversity projects. In 2022, she founded ESG Boutique, a consulting firm specializing in these topics. She is a Contract Professor at 24Ore Business School and Temple University. Martina is the Co-Founder and Honorary President of Young Women Network, and she has been serving as the President of Human Rights International Corner since October 2024, the only organization in Italy exclusively dedicated to the intersection of business and human rights.
Since 2019, she has been part of Women20 Italy, the official G20 engagement group on gender equality, and in 2020, she was appointed Sherpa and Spokesperson for the Italian G20 Presidency. Since 2020, she has served as a Gender Advisor for Women7 (G7) and was appointed Co-Chair for the Italian G7 Presidency in 2024. In 2022, she was a jury member for UN Women, recognizing companies most aligned with the WEP Principles, and in 2023, she contributed to defining the KPIs for the Italian Equal Opportunity Certification.
Recognized by Startup Italia as one of the 100 women changing Italy, in 2020, she was selected by Pope Francis as a change-maker to help redesign a new sustainable economy. She holds a degree in International Relations from LUISS, a Master’s degree from Bocconi, and a Master’s from Yale in sustainability and management. She has delivered two TEDx Talks, in Catania in 2019 and Cortina in 2021.
