Practicing architect in Rome. Graduated in Architecture at the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1983. Ph.D. in Architecture Design: Universities of Florence, Naples and Palermo (1989). Teaching at the University of Rome La Sapienza, University of Roma 3, Temple University Rome Campus, Northeastern University and lecturing in several Universities in Italy and abroad. Dr. Vaccaro has won prizes in a number of competitions. Her work has been shown in several exhibitions including the Biennale of Venice and the Triennale of Milan. Vaccaro worked at the office of Robert Venturi and Denise Scott Brown, F. Purini and C. Aymonino. CV is the author of three books: ‘Venturi, Scott Brown & Associated’, ‘Nel Disegno’ and ‘Maniera del Moderno’.
