Prof. Katherine Krizek is an American artist and designer from New York. She has worked in industrial design for major Italian companies such as Cappellini, Zanotta and Bialetti. Her work has won numerous awards in Italy and the US, and she is represented in the Permanent collection of the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.
As a teacher and practicing artist her primary interest is exploring the multi-layered ways art, design, and architecture relate to each other.
