Rachael Dunn graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in English, and from the University of Washington with an MA, also in English. Before moving to Rome with her husband (and dog) in 2025, she spent over a decade working in academic support at the University of Washington, specifically in intercollegiate athletics where she served as the Director of Learning Resources and ran all aspects of academic support for the Men's Basketball program.
At Temple Rome, Rachael oversees academic support and student success services. This means that most of her time is spent meeting one-on-one with students to provide them with academic and executive functioning coaching, as well as helping them break down assignments and connecting them with other campus resources like subject-specific tutors or counselors as needed. She is also Temple Rome's main point of contact for disability accommodations and liaison with DRS on main campus.
In her free time, Rachael loves to read, keep in touch with family and friends in the US, travel, and explore Rome!
