Serena Ferretti began her journey with Temple University Rome in 2022 as a tutor in the Italian language classes, where she supported students both inside and outside the classroom, and later served as Program Assistant for the Fall 2023 cohort of the Adult Study Abroad program.

These experiences fostered her passion for guiding students throughout their study-abroad journeys. In her current role at Temple University Rome, Serena serves as Student Life and Program-Arranged Housing Coordinator, supporting students across all aspects of their experience abroad, with a particular focus on housing.

Serena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Mediation and a Master’s degree in Specialized Translation from SSML Gregorio VII. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
